I bought the Hitachi RB24EAP based on price and all the great reviews. I have not been disappointed. I've had an Echo PB200 for several years and the Hitachi is more powerful and easier to start. In fact, I use the Echo to clear leaves from my landscaping as the Hitachi blows stones too!
I had the fuel line from the primer bulb to the carburetor come off after using my blower about 25 times. I had to take the carburetor off to get at it. The screws holding the carburetor are factory tight so use a good screw driver. Once the line was reconnected the blower started fine.
Out of the box assembly was easy. You may want to loosen the lower screw holding the housing sections together to facilitate assembly of the nozzle tube.
